About the role:

Provide the necessary support to all functional areas of the company for MROs (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations) purchases.

 

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform the supplies and assets purchase procedures regarding MROs for the Global company, which are acquired through local and international providers.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on indirect purchase orders.
  • Generate requisitions and purchase orders in the system.
  • Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals as per the procedures, in order to be able to make MRO purchases.
  • Maintain good relations with providers.
  • Maintain good relations with internal clients by providing them with a good service.
  • Make comparisons in order to recommend MRO providers which are the best option, thus benefiting the company.
  • Maintain the cost-quality relation, pursuing the maximum savings for the company.
  • Generate continuous improvement projects for processes related to purchases.
  • Generate monitoring reports

 

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor or Licenciature degree in degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Related Field.
  • English Level desired: 70-79%.
  • Experience: At least 1 years.
  • Desired knowledge: Inventory, SAP, Sap Ariba, Power BI
  • Desired: knowledge of the Portuguese language
