About the Role:

Provide the necessary support to all functional areas of the company for MROs (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations) purchases. GBS Services

 

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform the supplies and assets purchase procedures regarding MROs for the company, which are acquired through local and international providers.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on MRO purchase orders.
  • Generate requisitions and purchase orders in the system.
  • Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals as per the procedures, in order to be able to make MRO purchases.
  • Maintain good relations with suppliers
  • Maintain good relations with internal clients by providing them with a good service
  • Make comparisons in order to recommend MRO providers which are the best option, thus benefiting the company.
  • Generate savings
  • Maintain the cost-quality relation, pursuing the maximum savings for the company.
  • Generate continuous improvement projects
  • Generate monitoring reports on MRO

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineeringor Field Related.
  • English Level desired: 80-100%.
  • Portuguese Level desired: 60-79%.
  • Desired knowledge: SAP, Ariba, Power BI
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
  • Or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
