What We’re Looking For:


  • Excellent customer service and customer-centered communication skills.
  • Planning and execution applied to the right priority for day-to-day tasks and ability to promptly identify and escalate any conflicts is required.
  • Previous participation in Problem-Solving sessions and understanding of Root Cause Analysis tools and methodologies is highly desirable (Ishikawa, 6M’s, 5 Why’s).
  • Knowledge of Operational Excellence principles, understanding, and previous experience with Process Improvement initiatives is a plus (Kaizen events or other).




  • High School Diploma completed
  • Technical education: Quality, Production, Metrology, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Microbiology, Electromedicine, Biotechnology, or 50% university studies in Engineering related.
  • English Level required:  B2: 70% or higher, both written and spoken.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Availability: Shift A (Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm)


Desirable Knowledge:


  • Customer Focus, Quality Oriented, Continuous Improvement.
  • Customer Service Experience or Call Centers Experience
