About the role:

 

As the Manager, IT of the Enterprise Competency Center, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our transformation from SAP ECC ERP system project delivery to Product Team and outcome delivery in our sustaining model of SAP S4/Hana system. The focus will be across all divisions and regions of the Company. This is a critical and strategic role, reporting to the Director of Competency Center. Collaborating with the Magellan (S4/Hana Greenfield Implementation) Workstreams, Strategic Integration Vendors, Process Owners, Community of Practices and Stakeholders across the network is a critical success factor for this position.  The individual will be responsible for the management of run state and delivery of SAP projects across S4 and ECC.

 

 

Your responsibilities include:

 

  • Take full responsibility and accountability for the successful planning and execution of the Product Teams functional SAP teams assigned to you – partnering with the Magellan and Enterprise Competency Center leadership team.
  • Program Budget – Managing a multi-vendor, large scale, global program budget by developing funding models for project and teams year to year bringing to approval and execution.
  • Managing the scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables for the projects
  • Oversee and manage SAP ECC ERP project delivery in the Supply Chain Management function.
  • Assist in building and sustaining an Agile Product Team to support the delivery of critical business transformation process in SAP ECC and S4/Hana
  • People leadership, coaching and mentorship
  • Managing multiple vendors and complexity across the program in the areas of technology and business transformation
  • Managing the RFP/SOW process working closely with global sourcing and other internal stakeholders
  • For each vendor engaged, hold them establish accountability and track execution per the defined: Roles/responsibilities definition
  • Program Governance ◦Steering Committee agenda and material preparation.
  • Decision and action item tracking
    • Ensure all actions, items agreed are closed on time, in full and on budget
    • Schedule Creation and Management

 

 

 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, Science or applicable field required
  • 5+ years technical professional or operational experience in medical/ similar industry
  • 5+ years of Management experience preferably leading teams in SAP ERP Ecosystem
    • Preferably in Procurement OR Manufacturing OR Quality functions
  • 3+ years of people leadership and mentoring
  • Working knowledge global processes and systems.
  • Experience of managing complex, cross-functional programs and demonstrated capability in collaborating and influencing across such a program
  • Financial and Budget Acumen
  • Advance English Level
