About de role:

Provide support to the QA Laboratories (Microbiology, MTAC, Complaints, Incoming)

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing associated with respective QA Laboratories and correctly record data, write reports, communicate results precisely and promptly.
• Participate in and follow direction with regard to basic statistical analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with quality issues (such as CAPA activities), product failure analysis and quality metrics related activities.
• Assist with audit-related activities
• Assist in creating, developing, validating, and maintaining data files, forms, test methods, data sheets, test fixtures, etc..
• Use documentation systems to research information and generate document changes, as well as use scientific knowledge to read and interpret SOPs and Work instructions in order to perform laboratory tests according to the requirements established in the lab.
• (Microbiology, Incoming) Assist in material receiving, acceptance and disposition.
• (CIS) Conduct complaint investigations as per requirements.
• Update databases and spreadsheets used to track, monitor, and report department activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, classification and organization of measuring equipment (manage supplies inventory requirements) and laboratory instruments typical of a quality assurance laboratory.
• Take, preserve, analyze and provide follow up to laboratory samples. Use good laboratory practices to ensure accuracy of results.

Requisitos:

• Título bachillerato completo
• Título técnico completo en Calidad, Procesos o 50% de avance en estudios universitarios en carreras como Calidad, Procesos, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
• Inglés requerido: 40% o mayor.
• Disponibilidad para laborar en Turno Comprimido Nocturno (Jueves a Sábado con Miércoles de por medio, de 6:00 p.m. a 6:00 a.m.)

Conocimientos deseables:

• SAP
• Excel (básico)
• Interpretación de planos
• Manejo de equipos calibrados
