About the role:

 

The Customer Identity & Data Activation team is focused on enabling Boston Scientific customers with a secure, connected digital experience. This product enables customers to tailor their information and preferences as well as unlocks opportunities for advancing customer data readiness. The Customer Identity & Data Activation Sr. Business Analyst will focus on understanding & documenting business processes, data & system documentation, identifying technical opportunities, and translating into product requirements. You will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to understand both the technical and business processes of other IT teams as well as cross-functional teams across the organization and will provide expertise on how these integrate with the Customer Identity & Data Activation product.

 

Reporting to the Customer Identity & Personalization Program Manager, the Sr. Business Analyst is an interface to understanding the connection between the business and technology and is responsible for understanding the business requirements and partnering with the Product Owner to prioritize requirements within the product roadmap in alignment with the program strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide day-to-day support for existing technology.
  • Gain an in-depth working knowledge of existing technologies and touch points with other enterprise level systems.
  • Provide support during initial launches/rollouts of new technologies.
  • Analyzing business processes on a large scale and devising strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners
  • Works closely with stakeholders to identify goals and improve processes.
  • Translate processes and technologies into business value
  • Documentation of business & system processes
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific, especially HCP compliance guidance, data privacy and country regulations
  • Collaborate with the product owner on user story drafting & scrum ceremony best practices
  • Conduct formal product testing
  • Participate in scrum events like daily stand-up, grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Technology or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior business analyst, Digital product owner or experience planning and managing technology business requirements.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Experience with Agile, Lean or User Centered Design methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management and communication tools like: Office365, Teams, JIRA, PPT, Slack, Trello, Confluence, Visio or MIRO
  • Advance English Level

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Scrum certification is a plus
  • IAM, Marketing, or MedTech knowledge is a plus
