About the role:

Manage the Training System of direct personnel.

You're Responsabilities include:

• Manage TRS and the training system of direct personnel under his/her area of responsibility.
• Provide the initial orientation of new hire direct personnel.
• Organize and coordinate activities of trainers from his/her area of responsibility.
• Engage in transfer processes in order to coordinate trainers and training activities required, as well as TRS.

What we're looking for

• Advance career or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• English Level desired: 70%.
• 1 year or more in current position
• Annual Performance evaluation rating "Meets Expectations" or "Exceeds Expectations"
• At least 1 years of experience in similar position
• Strong and clear communication and collaboration skills
• Results oriented, excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Customer service orientation
• Comfortable with frequent change and ambiguity in a matrix organization
• Analytical decision making; problem solving
• Ability to deliver against targets and objectives
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities
