About the role:
This position provides financial support for the Volume and Labor activities to all the Coyol manufacturing operation. This includes the ownership of the Labor Variance and Overhead Absorption lines of the P&L for which accurate and constant understanding of the facility operation is required. Perform financial and costs analysis tasks which contribute to management decision making. Monitor the company's budget and key metrics, perform necessary financial analysis and provide timely advise to senior management, to allow appropriate financial and operational performance
You're Responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the development of annual operating plan (AOP), 3 Year Strategic Plan and quarterly Forecast, which are sent to the company’s headquarters, division and upper management.
- Responsible for site production volume and Labor spending and absorption control of the entire site.
- Preform monthly and weekly manufacturing variances control, variance analysis and local and corporate reporting.
- Coordinate Labor simulations with the industrial engineering department.
- Coordinate Volume processing by family and part number with the Planning department.
- Conduct financial and budget analysis, generating several types of reports for managerial decision making.
- Provide support to the accounting cycle, including month end activities; analysis and follow up of variances to standard costs.
- Provide with a high level of customer service, both internal and external clients of the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Industrial Eng or related field.
- English Level required: B2-B1 (80-95%)
- Desired knowledge: Proven analytical skills / SAP / Proficiency in MS Excel.
- At least 5 or more years of experience in Financial analysis positions, budget control experience in large manufacturing operations is highly desired.
- Experience in cost accounting and Standard Cost Development is a plus.
- Knowledge in accounting processes.
- Required soft skills: Customer service oriented, organized, self-motivated, good communication and leadership, outstanding analysis skills and critical thinking.
- Process improvement experience.
- Knowledge in ERP systems, SAP, Adaptive, Power BI, Power Automate is a plus.
