About the role:

The Strategic AI Automation Partner within Global Business Services (GBS) plays a crucial role in driving the adoption, integration, and strategic implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation across GBS and its departments. We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in one of the Delivery Lines: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Invoice to Cash (ITC), Account to Reconciliation (ATR), or Commercial Operations. This position serves as a vital link between business and technology, translating complex AI concepts into practical business solutions that align with the organization’s overarching goals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced business strategist with strong expertise in AI, project management, and stakeholder engagement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive AI Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement AI and automation strategies that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead AI Projects: Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI and automation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Analyze & Innovate: Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation through market research and process analysis, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with business leaders to align AI initiatives with strategic goals, providing regular updates and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Promote Continuous Improvement: Recommend new AI tools, resolve implementation challenges, and conduct reviews to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.
• Document & Report: Maintain detailed project documentation, track KPIs, and report on project success and business impact.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field, with a focus on AI and automation. 
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). 
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). 
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. 

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Generative AI or other advanced AI technologies. 
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master). 
• Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio). 
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, particularly in the context of business applications. 
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering AI/automation projects within a corporate environment. 
• Advanced degree or certification in AI, Project Management, or a related discipline is a plus.
