Key responsibilities

- Concur Support:
- Experience on Concur Travel and Expense tool.
- Hands on experience of Concur Admin and Technical Support.
- Experience of Concur User profile maintenance.
- Experience of handling End to End Concur Implementation Projects, New Entity Deployment, Corporate Card Implementation, Travel Projects, Audit rules, Expense type Integration, VAT implementation etc.
- Good to have knowledge of SAP ECC & S4 HANA and Accounting posting.
- Experience on All the Modules of Concur (Travel, Request & Expense). Able to do maintenance, Changes, and Implementation.
- Handle day to day issues and fix.
- Experience on Audit rules creation and modification, Concur configuration creation or modification.
- Experience of all the Concur environments and hands on experience of create/modify and complete end to end testing.
- Concur Support:

- Operation Support:
- End user and Stakeholders handling experience.
- Work as Authorized Support Contact for BSC and directly work with Concur (Vendor), and other vendors as well. Resolve the issue and complete the requirement on time.
- Experience on handling Stakeholders and internal team and assist them.
- Work on daily, weekly, and monthly activities with 100% accuracy.
- Ability to create DTP’s/ SOP’s/ Training material for regional level or Global level for End users.
- T&E Processing and Helpdesk experience is must.
- Must have APAC countries handling experience.
- Open of working in shifts and extra hours depending on requirement.
Requirements
- University Degree/Post graduation in accountancy or equivalent
- >3 years’ experience in Concur Technical support in all modules (Travel, Request & Expense).
- Overall experience 5 – 7 years.
- Projects handling experience.
- APAC Concur Technical Support experience is mandatory.
- Expert in MS-Office & all major tools in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Experience in SAP ECC and S4 HANA will be a plus.
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal English
- Smart and pick up quickly. Hands on approach with ability to work effectively with Regional/Country heads.
- Ability to handle all the work independently.
- Good self-starter and can work under pressure
- Analytical, detailed oriented, accurate with a sense of urgency to complete projects & meet deadlines
- Good team player and willing to take additional responsibilities.
- Willing to work in shifts and extra hours depending on requirement.
