Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational purchasing activities with focus on cross-entity coordination across APAC region
• Manage Ariba & SAP systems for purchase orders (creation, maintenance, open PO resolution)
• Serve as primary contact for supplier/internal stakeholder communication and independently resolve complex issues
• Support supplier/content enablement (target identification, training prep) and catalog/contract purchasing
• Analyze purchasing data, create key metrics, and identify improvement opportunities
• Apply end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge to resolve system discrepancies (e.g., PO-invoice mismatches, payment blocks)

Requirements:

• Fluent English proficiency (written & spoken)
• 5+ years operational purchasing experience
• Proficiency in Ariba & SAP systems (PO management, reporting, etc.)
• Experience in supplier enablement and catalog/contract purchasing
• Strong supplier/user communication and escalation management skills
• Proficient data analysis capability for operational reporting
• Practical knowledge of end-to-end P2P process
• Demonstrated ability to independently resolve complex operational issues 
• Understanding of procurement compliance requirements
• Proven cross-functional teamwork ability
