Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying business exceptions and new business through checking reports according to the enterprise accounting standards and corporate accounting systems.
- Alert and discuss potential solutions for identified issues and business conditions.
- Convert subsidiary financial statements to parent company statements and make adjustments for IFRS and USGAAP.
- Accurately, timely, and properly prepare consolidated financial statements for the group, conduct financial statement data analysis and prediction.
- Complete the integration of monthly HFM reports.
- Review and manage affiliate transactions, ensuring their proper identification and disclosure.
- Manage and disclose related-party transactions.
- Cooperate with accounting firms to conduct annual audits or special audits to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of financial information disclosure.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the work process, perform adjustments and improvements, and enhance automation.
- Complete the follow-up for other project handover and fulfill other tasks assigned by leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting-related major.
- Must have a mid-level or higher accounting title, preference will be given to those holding CPA, ACCA, or similar certificates.
- At least 5 years of financial work experience or experience in auditing from an accounting firm, with the ability to compile consolidated financial statements and possess manufacturing cost accounting skills.
- Possess management capabilities for financial reporting, familiar with the interconnections between reporting accounts, capable of identifying and solving problems.
- Familiar with IFRS and USGAAP standards.
- Strong analytical skills, planning abilities, communication skills, and language expression. Be detail-oriented, have a high sensitivity to data, be highly self-motivated and responsible, and have strong stress-management capabilities.
- Fluent English is a plus
