The BSC Development Manager will provide the highest quality strategic support to the Endoscopy division through active communication, sales team development skills and division objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Division Director of Sales, Region Managers, and Sales Training on various strategic projects that will influence the Endoscopy business and drive divisional revenue.
  • Managing and leading the KAS team. 9-10 direct reports

  • Supporting broader organizational development strategy

  • Serve as liaison to marketing for commercial execution

  • Establish a leadership presence with the Endoscopy Division.
  • Work with Director of Sales to plan division specific objectives.
  • Manage and execute coaching and development for Territory Managers in the division.
  • Define Divisional Goals and Values.
  • Product Launch Cadence and Direction
  • Fusion Page execution, Divisional Quarterly Newsletter, Quarterly Strategic Priorities.
  • Conduct field assessment, coaching and development for Division TMs and KASs.
  • Work with the Directors of Sales and the Director of Sales Training on various strategic projects.
  • Work with the Manager II, Learning Design and Manager II Sales Training to assess division needs collaborate with the Sales Training Team.
  • Challenger Development and Sales Exchange training and implementation.
  • Service and Solutions strategic account planning and Clinical Needs Based Training.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives and recruiting
  • Tableau Expertise and Report Generation throughout the division.
  • Post ISS KAS / TM Fast Start Ownership
  • Maintains knowledge of the industry and the competition to modify and prioritize sales training strategies.
  • Ensure all meeting and training materials meet legal requirements.


    Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:

    Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC’s Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area they support.  Ensure all employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.



  • MA/MS in business discipline or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5 years successful sales experience, documented success in sales and/or sales and marketing.
  • Proven sales success/management success through sales rankings
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Strong project management experience
  • Must possess the ability to determine and set direction.
  • Must be able to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented
  • Ability to grasp technical content
  • Results-oriented team player
  • Excels in fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Must possess creativity and the ability to think outside the conventional wisdom of a current situation to get a mutually beneficial outcome with those involved.
