About the Role:

 

As a member of Boston Scientific's Global Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and finalizing site agreements and budgets for medical device clinical trials in various therapeutic areas. You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders and work with external healthcare institution staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare, negotiate, analyze, escalate, and finalize all site agreements and budgets.
  • Accelerate negotiations using budget parameters.
  • Work with legal stakeholders to negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain regular communication and escalation to expedite the planning, execution, issue resolution, and management of Site/Investigator agreements.
  • Understand Site Activation requirements versus contracting turnaround times to support study site authorization.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of industry experience managing clinical site contracts and budgets.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to prevent and resolve issues.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral.
