We are currently looking for a Rhythm Management Field Clinical Specialist Graduate to join our Graduate Foundation Program. This is a new training program designed to help train and develop Graduates that are looking to move into a clinical Medical Device environment. 

 

This position will be based in the Flanders region.

 

The successful candidate will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract and may be retained by Boston Scientific in Rhythm Management or other divisions at the end of the 12 months. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Promote company products through education of current & potential customers and implant within a defined region by providing clinical education for variety of issues. Responsible for the day-to-day field execution and management of Boston Scientific products and services.


1.    Technical insights by knowing our products 

- By knowing our products, procedures and services you can advise and educate customers appropriately, with a focus on impact and value.  

- Daily technical and clinical support to cardiologist for implants and follow-up of brady, tachy and CRT devices

 

2.    Customer interaction

- Builds increasingly stronger relationships with clinicians

- Starts to build relationships with other key customer stakeholders 

 

3.    Business planning

- Be responsible for managing the support activities in your own territory  

- Be responsible for inventory and stock management

- Work in close collaboration with the territory manager to reach objectives in line with company strategy

 

4.    Market and customer development

- Increases knowledge of account strategy across relevant accounts, working with account team

- Identifies opportunities to drive account growth through spending time with clinicians and asking questions to uncover needs and challenges (clinical value selling)


5.    Competitive intelligence

- Proactively builds knowledge of the market you operate in, the territory or region, and how it impacts customers 

- Builds and maintains insight into competitor products in own area of expertise, advising customers appropriately

 

6.    Be part of Rhythm Management team

- Main region: Flanders 

- As being part of a Belgium organization, you will be required to support your colleagues in other territories

 

Skills and competencies required:

 

- Masters or Bachelors degree in engineering (must have graduated in or after 2021) or master in para-medical education studies (biomedical science, kinesitherapy,…)

- Dutch native – English fluent

- Take ownership and desire on learnings and development in a commercial setting

- Analytical and proactive mindset

- Be a team player

- Perseverance 

- Have a sense of urgency

- Be problem solving and solution oriented

- Have an entrepreneurial mindset. Help driving the business     

- Communications skills are important
