Business Process Analyst, GEM

 

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst with a strong background in AGILE/Scrum methodology and good knowledge of Supply Chain processes to join our team.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Elicit business/user/system requirements
  • Ensure coverage of system requirements, working together with product teams on the daily basis
  • Cooperate with COE team architecture in terms of various data models creation
  • Ensure domain knowledge buildup and provide consultancy for other team members
  • Manage stakeholder and communication
  • Prepare and lead workshops with business users in SC and commercial and technical teams,
  • Deliver required documentation
  • Conduct UAT, data analysis and data profiling
  • Establish and conduct change management procedures

What You Have

 

  • Good understanding of all SDLC phases (for the following methodologies: waterfall, Kanban, Scrum); BA artifacts for every phase
  • A practical experience of conducting workshops (deep understanding of which information should be collected from the customer before a workshop; how to set up an agenda; how and whom to involve from the customer side etc.)
  • Expertise in managing communication with > 5 stakeholders; ability to explain how to ensure transparency for multiple stakeholders from the business side, 3-rd party vendors etc.; how to identify stakeholders; which artifacts and their purpose are required
  • A clear understanding of NFRs and FRs, can explain the purpose of those requirements
  • Strong knowledge of various estimation techniques and know pros/cons and limitations of them
  • Ability to discuss and propose options how to transpose demand into user stories/other artifacts in order to deliver the requirements to a team
  • Skilled in communicational management: should ask clarification questions, rephase interviewer’s questions in order to be sure that a question is got right; ability to adjust information depending on a target audience; a good understanding of various negotiation strategies
  • Clear understanding of which artifacts should be prepared for UAT on data project (before/during/after); which procedures should be organized
  • Good understanding of MM/SD processes in SAP in the B2B area. Understanding of procurement and tendering processes is a plus.
