Business Process Analyst
Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst with strong SAP expertise and a passion for optimizing business processes. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams and technical experts to analyze, design and improve Supply Chain processes, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective SAP solutions.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze and document business, user and system requirements for SAP-supported Supply Chain processes.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure business requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- Partner with architecture teams to support data modeling and process design.
- Build and share domain expertise across the team while providing guidance on business analysis best practices.
- Manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Facilitate workshops with Supply Chain, commercial and technical teams to define business needs and solution approaches.
- Prepare high-quality business analysis documentation, including functional requirements and process artifacts.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data analysis and data profiling activities.
- Drive change management activities to support successful solution adoption.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization.
What you have
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or Business Analyst in SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD; experience with MM and FI is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain processes, including Order-to-Cash; knowledge of warehousing, planning and transportation is a plus.
- Solid understanding of functional and non-functional requirements and their role in solution delivery.
- Experience working across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Waterfall, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Hands-on experience facilitating business workshops and gathering complex business requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating business analysis artifacts, user stories and functional documentation.
- Knowledge of estimation techniques and their practical application.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution and defect management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and incomplete information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Openness to a 24-month fixed-term employment contract.
