You are a high-potential sales professional passionate about driving capital equipment services sales. You are excited about the ambition for double-digit growth and operating in emerging markets. At Boston Scientific, we are looking for a Capital Equipment Services Sales Partner (account manager) to take ownership of service contract sales and realize growth in emerging markets, with an initial focus on the Middle East and potential expansion to other regions over time.

This role is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience in service sales, capital equipment, or distributor/channel management who thrives in a fast-moving and evolving business environment. Your role

As a Capital Equipment Services Sales Partner, you will fully own the end-to-end service sales process for specific customer segments in (for us) emerging markets. Your role is critical in driving direct service contract sales and growing the market by working closely with direct sales teams and channel partners. You will develop strategic country and account plans to increase service penetration, align with capital equipment sales strategies, and influence leadership teams to integrate service contracts into their go-to-market approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Service Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute service sales strategies for direct and indirect markets, ensuring alignment with overall commercial and capital equipment objectives.
  • Customer & Channel Management – Work directly with customers to sell service contracts after capital installation and collaborate with channel partners to transition them from ad-hoc billable to contract-based service sales.
  • Market & Business Development—Identify growth opportunities in the Middle East and beyond, assess in-field service potential, and expand service sales penetration at the point of sale and across the installed base.
  • Process & Commercial Excellence – Support in streamlining terms & conditions, automatic renewals, and price increase models to drive service revenue consistency and growth.
  • Collaboration & Influence – Work cross-functionally with divisional commercial teams, finance, and technical service teams to improve service sales performance and customer experience.

About you

We are looking for a driven and strategic sales professional who is passionate about growing a service sales business in fast-developing markets. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic, start-up-like environment within a large corporate structure, where processes are still being defined, and new opportunities for business growth are constantly emerging.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Approx. 5-8 years of experience in service sales, capital equipment sales, or distributor/channel management.
  • Experience working in the Middle East, with the potential to expand to other emerging markets.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic or Russian.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and commercial strategy skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regional differences and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in a matrix organization with cross-functional collaboration.

What we are offering

Overall, we are offering a competitive salary and package. The salary range cannot be disclosed as the ranges (and currencies) differ based on the region and what is included in the package. We offer a package with schooling allowances, healthcare, transportation allowance and life insurance.

Recruitment process

We will close the role ultimately on the 20th of April 2025. All applications will be reviewed and receive feedback prior to or within a week after the closing date. The recruitment process consists of 3 rounds, one interview with the recruiter, a first-round interview and an assessment-based interview. It could be that there is a final call with senior leadership afterwards.
