Commercial Excellence Lead, Central Cluster

Your commercial expertise can help us unlock new opportunities across one of Europe's most important markets.
As Commercial Excellence Lead for our Central Cluster (Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland), you'll partner with senior leaders to shape commercial strategy, influence key business decisions and help accelerate sustainable growth across our Interventional Cardiology business.
This is a highly visible role where strategy meets execution. You'll combine commercial insight, analytical thinking and strong stakeholder influence to help optimize pricing, deal strategy, customer engagement and go-to-market execution—ultimately helping bring innovative medical technologies to more healthcare professionals and the patients they serve.
What you'll do
You'll become a trusted commercial partner to business leaders across the Central Cluster, helping translate EMEA strategy into practical actions that deliver measurable results.
Your work will include:
- Developing commercial strategies that balance growth, profitability and long-term customer value.
- Shaping pricing approaches and commercial policies across different customer segments.
- Partnering with country leadership on complex commercial opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Using customer, market and financial insights to identify new opportunities and guide investment decisions.
- Leading pricing and margin initiatives that strengthen commercial performance.
- Supporting go-to-market planning and optimizing customer coverage models.
- Driving consistency and best practice across commercial excellence initiatives throughout the region.
- Building business cases, commercial models and analytical tools that enable smarter decision-making.
- Tracking the success of strategic initiatives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex commercial challenges and influencing decisions across a matrix organization.
You'll likely bring:
- Experience in commercial excellence, strategy, pricing, consulting, sales operations or a similar commercial leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working across multiple functions.
- A strategic mindset balanced with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing, customer strategy and business performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in healthcare, medical technology or another highly regulated industry is advantageous.
