About The Role

The core objective of this role is to lead EMEA product management and commercial readiness activities for the FARASTAR platform within the broader Rhythm Management capital equipment ecosystem. This includes FARASTAR generators, hardware and software upgrades, accessories, product lifecycle management, launch readiness, installed base strategy, technical compatibility, field feedback, inventory inputs, and cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, CETS, Quality, Regulatory, Global Marketing, R&D, Finance and Country teams.

This is a highly strategic and operationally critical position in the EMEA Rhythm Management Marketing organization. FARASTAR is no longer a stand-alone console: it is a system-critical platform enabling the FARAPULSE ecosystem and increasingly connected to OPAL, FARAVIEW, FARAPOINT, FARAFLEX, software upgrades, service contracts, field actions and future hardware releases.

The successful candidate will bring structure, ownership and execution discipline to a fast-evolving capital equipment portfolio with multiple interdependent launches and operational workstreams. The role will be accountable for translating complex technical, clinical, regulatory, supply, service and commercial requirements into clear EMEA product strategies, practical country guidance and executable launch plans.

This role will work very closely with the EMEA Capital Equipment and Service Leader, ensuring strong alignment between product strategy, capital equipment readiness, service considerations, installed base needs and country execution. The candidate will partner with the Capital Equipment and Service organization, but will not own the operational execution of capital commercial processes, CETS execution, logistics, service contract operations or deal approval workflows.

This role is especially important as EMEA prepares for several interconnected capital and software evolutions, including FARASTAR software upgrades, foot pedal / interconnection box readiness, TxM, cart updates, future hardware generations and related commercial strategies.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

Product & RM Capital Equipment Management

Lead EMEA product management for FARASTAR and related Rhythm Management capital equipment, including generators, modules, accessories, software upgrades, hardware upgrades, service-related product dependencies and capital equipment lifecycle considerations.

Own the EMEA product roadmap translation for upcoming FARASTAR and RM capital-related releases, including hardware / software transitions, field upgrades, accessories, compatibility requirements and customer-facing implications.

Maintain a clear view of product availability, installed base status, technical compatibility across generations, software versions, account readiness and upgrade requirements.

Act as the EMEA marketing owner for FARASTAR capital equipment lifecycle management, including new installs, swaps, relabeling needs, IFU readiness, field upgrades, replacement planning and transition from older configurations.

Partner with Global Marketing, R&D, CETS and Quality to ensure EMEA product requirements, field needs and customer feedback are understood and incorporated into product development, launch planning and post-launch support.

Launch Readiness & Product Commercialization

Develop and execute EMEA launch strategies for FARASTAR-related hardware and software releases, including launch sequencing, LMR planning, market prioritization, country readiness, sales enablement and customer-facing materials.

Build product launch recommendations for capital upgrades, including which customer segments should be prioritized, which upgrades should be linked to broader portfolio strategy, and where product messaging must be aligned across FARASTAR, OPAL, FARAVIEW, FARAPOINT and FARAFLEX.

Coordinate launch packages, sales tools, FAQs, technical specifications, opportunity guidance, product positioning, training materials and country execution guidance.

Work closely with country marketing, sales, pricing, tender and commercial excellence teams to ensure capital equipment strategies are practical, compliant and commercially sound.

Support tender responses and technical specification documents where FARASTAR, OPAL, FARAVIEW, FARAPOINT, FARAFLEX or other RM capital dependencies are involved.

Lead the product readiness workstream for hardware and software launches where multiple dependencies need to be aligned, such as product availability, software status, customer readiness, country guidance, sales training and communication plans.

Inventory, Demand & Supply Coordination

Own EMEA marketing inputs for FARASTAR capital equipment, accessories, upgrades, spare parts, IFUs and related launch requirements.

Partner with Supply Chain, CETS and the Capital Equipment and Service organization to improve visibility into future demand for new installs, swaps, upgrades, accessories and replacement parts.

Monitor inventory risks, backorders, allocation holds, safety stock needs, MDR / regulatory transitions, geographical expansion requirements and country-level availability constraints.

Define and maintain clear product allocation and release logic for capital equipment and accessories in partnership with Supply Chain, Global Marketing, CETS and country teams.

Support console install forecasting, service planning and technical compatibility tracking across software and hardware generations.

Field Feedback, Complaint Trends & Quality Support

Act as the EMEA marketing interface for FARASTAR-related quality topics, field feedback, complaint trends and customer-impacting technical issues.

Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Field Clinical, CETS and country teams to ensure timely, accurate and compliant product communication, IFU updates, field correction support and related actions.

Help identify field trends early, including complaint patterns, failure modes, upgrade issues, replacement part constraints and recurring technical escalations.

Support urgent resolution of capital equipment issues where product availability, customer continuity, launch execution or commercial readiness may be impacted.

Ensure strong awareness and compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements, and champion a quality-first mindset across all launch, communication and execution activities.

Pipeline Preparation & Future Portfolio Readiness

Build forward-looking readiness plans for the RM capital pipeline, including upcoming FARASTAR hardware, TxM, ICB, foot pedal, software upgrades, carts, OPAL dependencies and future platform evolution.

Track launch interdependencies across products, software, accessories, commercial models, service requirements, regulatory readiness and country execution.

Prepare EMEA teams for future product releases by defining what is coming, when, what depends on what, what needs to be done by whom, and how countries should prepare.

Ensure EMEA leadership has clear visibility of capital equipment risks, operational bottlenecks, launch trade-offs and resource needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with country marketing teams, sales leadership, CETS, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Global Marketing, R&D, Finance, Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Care and the Capital Equipment and Service organization.

Act as the central EMEA product management point of coordination for FARASTAR and RM capital equipment topics, ensuring teams have one clear source of truth for product priorities, timelines, dependencies and required actions.

Lead cross-functional forums where decisions are needed on product strategy, rollout sequencing, customer readiness, launch risks or resource trade-offs.

Translate technical and clinical complexity into clear business messages for sales teams, country leadership and EMEA leadership.
