RhythmCARE Clinical Specialist CRM EMEA (f/m/d)

As a RhythmCARE Clinical Specialist, you will provide online clinical, technical, and educational support to our customers and colleagues across EMEA. You will be part of a team that is revolutionizing the way we technically and clinically support our customers through real-time, on-demand support and advanced clinical services.

Location: The role can be based in any of the Boston Scientific EMEA HUB locations (Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, UK)
Responsibilities:

Providing online clinical support in the areas of supporting case coverage, follow ups and troubleshooting for company products.

Attending cases remotely with our customers and advise physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with our products.

Mastering remote technologies used for customer support and support the field team guiding their implementation

Contributing with the development of RhythmCARE and RM vision on providing digital services

Responding to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions and/or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions

Ensuring timely collection, reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.

Supporting team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.

Developing deep understanding on the workflows and specificities of each hospital & business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through informal conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.

Responding to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.

Recording customer information and activities in company’s CRM system: use the system as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.

Providing educational support on product usage and internal and external customer training.
Requirements:

Fluent in English, additional language is a plus (German or Dutch preferred but nor required)

Proven advanced troubleshooting skills, extensive new product knowledge and thorough understanding of clinical application with CRM devices.
