Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
As a member of our EMEA HR Team you advise and coach people leaders and employees to drive workforce performance, providing support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness.
#Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle in the DACH region
- Consult and coach business leaders on various people management topics, including leadership development, performance management, and compensation strategies
- Collaborate the entire business units to develop and implement effective people and organizational strategies that drive team development and align with business objectives
- Offer expert advice during change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption
- Serve as a Talent Strategist, supporting talent identification, succession planning, and conducting local Talent Reviews
- Partner with our local Talent Acquisition Experts to attract and onboard top talent
- Participate in HR projects, events, and improvement initiatives to enhance HR practices
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on complex HR topics, fostering high-performance teams
#Your Profil
- University degree in Business, Psychology (with HR focus) or a related field; certification as a professional coach is desirable
- At least 3-5 years proven work experience as an HRBP, ideally in an international business environment
- Excellent knowledge of German labor law, ideally as well good knowledge in Austrian & Swiss labor law
- Strong ability to prioritize, high level of commitment, personal initiative, and independent workstyle
- Good knowledge of Change Management combined with a strong team orientation, exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate within a fast-paced matrix environment
- Ability to work in multi-cultural team with a collaborative mindset
- A customer-obsessed and results oriented HR team player with strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent knowledge of German and English (verbal and written)
