Starting in March 2026 Boston Scientific is looking for a Talent Acquisition Working Student based in Dusseldorf.

Reporting into the EMEA Graduate Manager you would be working as a Talent Acquisition specialist recruiting interns and graduates for projects at an EMEA level.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

•    Dealing with the hiring process of Interns and Graduates throughout the EMEA Region. 
•    Advertising, evaluating CVs, screening calls, etc. 
•    Employer Branding creating and maintaining relationships with Universities and other entities
•    Proactively looking for events, career fairs, etc. where we can participate.
•    Creating talent pools for future intern and graduate recruitments
•    Being up to date on local internship and contract legislation

What are we looking for in you?

•    Fluency in English and in German is a must (C1)
•    Currently studying Masters or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
•    Experience in recruitment or HR would be a plus
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks
