The focus of this position is to work as a core member of cross-functional teams in improvement projects to support business strategy and priorities. You will be particularly responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing manufacturing and business process improvements that improve process; content, flow and efficiency, increase capacity and reduce lead-time. You will deploy lean tools across the organization.



  • Analyze, identify, design and implement manufacturing and/or business process improvements that increase capacity, reduce lead-time, eliminate non-valued added activity.
  • Completes capacity analyzes, including equipment and space requirements, as well as layout and process lay-out projects, using effective tools.
  • Define and continually lead the process of standard work creation and improvement. Create and update labor standards BSC practice.
  • Actively coach the organization on Lean and conduct Lean training programs for employees at all levels and departments.
  • Implement a Kaizen culture, including coaching cross functional problem solving and process improvement teams.
  • Design, implement and maintain effective metrics with internal departments.
  • Develops and coordinates ergonomic and workstation layout projects.



  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience in Medical Devices is an advantage
  • Strong knowledges of Lean tools (5S, 6 Sigma, Visual management, Kaizen…)
  • Lean Certification is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical, system analysis, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Like to work in an environment driven by technical excellence and highest standard of quality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate and work with both internal and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team of mixed levels and capabilities.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other MS office tools
  • Strong knowledge in French and English
