Part of core team to respond to equipment, yield and process related issues, implement corrective and preventative actions to eliminate repeat instances. This position will be set on shifts (2x8).



  • Demonstrates a commitment to patient safety and product quality.
  • Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations. This includes QSR and ISO Standards.
  • Provides floor support for product builds (e.g., troubleshoots equipment and manufacturing engineering problems)
  • Collects and organizes process capability and product performance data.
  • Work with Manufacturing Engineers in developing, trouble shooting, standardising and improving existing production methods and procedures.
  • Facilitates process change product builds and/or coordinates pilot product builds.
  • Assists in writing equipments qualification protocols and performing equipment qualifications (Process Changes).
  • Understands and maintains basic process documentations.
  • Interfaces with other departments to obtain/deliver materials and information.
  • Generates new ideas for improving processes.
  • Take responsibility for preventive maintenance procedures with an assigned process or area.
  • Train and provide technical support to product builders



  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Degree in technical area (mechanical, life science, physics)
  • Knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Good command in French and English
