About the Role

As the Product Owner, Sales Enablement Platforms, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the platforms that enable commercial teams to work more effectively. You will partner with sales, technology, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, improve user adoption, and deliver solutions that simplify processes and drive productivity. This role offers the opportunity to shape the digital transformation of the commercial organization by ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value. This position supports the commercial organization across the Latin America region.


Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Own the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for sales enablement platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities and user needs.
  • Partner with commercial, technology, finance, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
  • Evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests based on business value, customer impact, cost, complexity, and strategic alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring platform adoption, user feedback, system utilization, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver platform enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities that improve sales productivity.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by simplifying business processes and improving the user experience across commercial platforms.
  • Establish effective governance for product enhancements, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations to optimize platform investments, licensing, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with change management and training teams to support successful adoption of new capabilities.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Travel: Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related technology role.
  • Experience managing business applications or digital platforms that support commercial or customer-facing organizations.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional product teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritized product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms or other commercial enablement technologies.
  • Experience supporting commercial organizations, sales processes, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Experience driving digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.

Minimum Salary: $106,800  

Maximum Salary: $202,900  

 

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
