Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Analyst I on a defined-term (12-month) basis to join our team.
Job Purpose:
The HR Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting Ireland HR Service Delivery through process execution, vendor management and escalation support on an ongoing basis. Strive towards the best in class results specific to operational efficiency, client experience & satisfaction and ongoing service level performance. The scope of the work will include acting as the interface between BSC teams (HR Operations, HRBPs, CoEs) and the third-party service provider delivering the related HR Service Delivery Services. The position requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset. This is a 12-month defined-term HR Operations Analyst P1 role located at one of our sites in Ireland (Galway, Cork or Clonmel).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR Operations Analyst support with the following responsibilities as appropriate related to HR Service Delivery:
- Daily: resolve escalated cases from Service Delivery Associates, ensure data accuracy, monitor workflows, support stakeholders
- Support issue resolution along with HRBP’s, CoEs & HR Operations by leading root-cause analysis and defining intervention plans to address issues systemically
- Troubleshoot workflow issues in HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD)
- Audit HR data for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with regional/legal requirements
- Run and review daily/weekly operational reports related to the HR process
- Resolve process-specific questions from employees, managers, and HR partners
- Programmatic: own processes including accurate and timely management of the Ireland HR Service Delivery Long Term Absence (LTA) related processes. Ireland Direct Labour (DL) Loyalty Pay process, ensuring eligibility and payroll accuracy. Coordinate the annual Total Rewards Statements (TRS) process for Ireland employees. Support as required the Employee Share Purchase Scheme (ESPS)
- Support operational calls with Vendors as required
- Regular interaction and collaboration with HR Operations team members on case management
- Provide a continuous improvement focus to improve core HR Service Delivery processes
- Ensure HR Service Delivery comply with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate optimization and updates to Process Instructions
- Participates in projects as they arise
Education & Experience:
- Level 8 Hons Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Min. 18-24 months relevant experience; Ireland business process experience is advantageous.
- Experience in data analytics and excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with a matrix structure.
- Demonstrated Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work in multi-cultural global environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement focus.
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, One Connect, HRIS reporting or similar) is advantageous.
- Service delivery experience with additional third-party management experience is advantageous.
