The Talent Development Graduate will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Development Team. This role will have opportunities to enhance learning processes in EMEA and contribute to offering improved services & superior customer experience.
The successful candidate will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract based out of Galway, Ireland, where they will learn and develop their skills in a dynamic Human Resources EMEA function. 

 

#Your Responsibilities 

  • Participate on EMEA-wide Talent Development projects
  • Plan, schedule, and co-ordinate Talent Development programs (classroom and virtual)
  • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness
  • Support vendor management, ensuring appropriate cost allocation and invoicing
  • Work closely with external and internal training/program providers to ensure all logistical elements are in place
  • Utilize appropriate tools and technology to support talent development processes and offerings e.g. use of Learning Management System
  • Act as a point of contact for learner queries, ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Update and track various learning trackers when appropriate
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement as they arise and participate in relevant continuous improvement activities and initiative

 

#Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (graduated in 2021 or 2022) 
  • You are Fluent in English 
  • Ideally, you have had an experience in project management
  • Good interpersonal skills and reliability are part of your soft skills
  • You are also self-motivated and have a creative mindset
  • You are knowledgeable in the use of 365 Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Nice to have: previous experience using an LMS (Learning Management System)
