About the role:

Manage and execute the technical activities of the site's Metrological Confirmation System, with direct participation in new product development, ensuring the correct selection, calibration, and use of measuring equipment, the development of calibration procedures, and the technical training of personnel, in compliance with applicable quality system and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance to NPD, Quality, and Validation teams.
• Perform and/or supervise electrical, mechanical, pressure, and dimensional calibrations.
• Develop and maintain calibration procedures.
• Provide technical training to calibration technicians.
• Plan and schedule the site’s calibration activities.
• Review and approve calibration documentation and results.
• Manage suppliers in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.
• Analyze results and initiate actions in case of deviations.
• Technical–specialist role with advanced metrology knowledge.
• Participates in NPD as a technical advisor, not as a project leader.
• No direct reports.
• Operates within established standards, procedures, and systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Metrology, or related field).
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• Intermediate - Advanced English Level (B2 or 70%)
• Hands-on experience in multidisciplinary calibrations.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Electrical, mechanical, pressure, and dimensional metrology.
• Development of calibration procedures.
• Technical planning and influence without direct authority.
• Interpretation of measurement results.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO/IEC 17025
