About the role

Partner with global teams to manage enterprise-wide initiatives in New Product Development and Sustaining to achieve BSC's strategic global initiatives

Your responsibilities include:

• Experience within the PLCP: Exploratory, TDP, PDP, Sustaining and EOL roles in functions such as Quality, R&D, PD, etc.
• Experience with global initiatives: EU MDR, Network 2026 and Ideal Product Flow or projects of similar scope and size.
• An interest and passion for training on engineering principles and product development processes.
• Experience in leading/facilitating or as a key participant in collaborative workshops for process improvement scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams to inspire, drive, and support Value Improvement/ Continuous Improvement to deliver business outcomes.
• Project manage global projects with cross-functional teams to drive improved performance.
• Influence leaders and teams to deliver on plans to collectively improve global and divisional processes.
• Utilizes problem solving and root cause analysis tools and strategy to provide resolution to roadblocks.
• Work cross-culturally motivating teams in the development and adoption of global best practices in challenging scenarios.
• Partner with leaders, champions, and employees to share best practices to further accelerate the rate of improvement.
• Manages projects: Develops project plans outlining work plans, timelines, roles, and resources; Identifies and leads cross-functional project teams of functional experts, local managers, and internal stakeholders; Manages progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables; Provides updates to senior management and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or Project Management
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Cross-functional project team leadership experience
• Hybrid work mode, minimum 3 days a week in the office
• Works under minimal supervision
• English Level desire C1+ 80-90

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies

• Prior medical device and/or regulated industry experience
• The capability to easily navigate, manage and articulate core functional processes
• Leads courageously by confronting problems directly; moves forward optimistically under conditions of uncertainty
• Manages the triple constraint; understands the significance, impact and aggressively manages project risks
• PMP Certification preferred
