About the Role
As part of this role, you will be expected to engage in day-to-day internal compliance related requirement arising out of various agreements and other documents supporting various business transactions. The core objective of this role is to work as team member of IRF review monitoring COE team to approve such transactions.
Location: Gurgaon, India
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Collating and understanding agreement documents, processes to ensure compliance and various financial regulation requirement.
• Details oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other financial information.
• Ability to address issue and effect change.
• Monitoring of Healthcare professionals’ interactions
• Implement Quality requirements in all aspects of review process.
• Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet and comply quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific
• Flexible and adaptable approach to shift patterns and hours of working from time to time.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to manage expectations.
• Seek out areas for automations and process improvements.
• Expected to manage relationships with business stakeholders within region, within finance function and auditors for successful audit and supporting management with ad hoc reports.
What we're looking for in you:
• 2 to 4 years of experience into SOX testing, internal controls, internal audit, Risk & compliance division preferably from Big 4s.
• Basic degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Business studies
• Relevant experience (minimum of 2 years) in multinational company / Healthcare Industry / manufacturing set up carries weightage
• Good Business Acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Pragmatic, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self- starter.
• Proficient in excel and exposure to reporting platforms viz. Power BI, tableau.
• Value add by identifying activities with COQ (Cost of Quality)/automation opportunities and implement them to make the process more efficient
• Experience of working in international environment.
• Foster a diverse workplace and participates as team player.
• Exposure and experience of Transition of activities.
