Key Responsibilities


We seek individuals who can support Cadency IT and Business users, resolve user issues, drive enhancement projects, Support and Lead S4 Hana Implementation with their knowledge, skills, creativity, and teamwork. Provides support to the Global Business Services and IT Team


  • Day to Day Admin work
      • Open and Close period, Close task upload
      • Entity and Master data Creation and maintenance in Cadency
      • User data base maintenance in Cadency
      • Work closely with Service deliver team and RPP to support various projects
      • Provide support to IT operation team
      • Perform Control Activities
      • Lead and support Audit
      • Resolve user queries and raise IT ticket
      • Attend meetings and call with IT team for issues resolutions
      • Send communication to business users
      • Lead Monthly Governance meetings and calls
      • Prepare Dashboard for leadership team
    • Cadency Implementation & Enhancements:
      • Identify enhancement to support business users and process
      • Initiate discussion and lead meetings
      • Work closely with vendor/IT /Business users to drive projects
      • Lead Cadency Implementation
      • Create test scripts and lead end to end Testing
  • Control Testing & Audit:
      • Perform Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Controls (Sox and Internal) and work with user for any findings and improvements
      • Collaborate and closely work with GIA and Sox team on controls
      • Identify and Implements controls
      • Resolve Audit queries
  • S4 Hana Implementation:
      • Lead S4 Hana meetings for Functional support, provide required information, work closely with user and RPP. Provide status update on progress
      • Identify and highlight issues/concerns if any which can impact end to end process
  • Project Management:
  • Lead projects and drive till closure, quantify the benefits
  • Work with value improvement mind set
  • Works under supervision. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.


Professional Qualification & Experience

  • / MBA from reputed institutes with 7 plus years of experience.
  • Hands on Experience in Cadency, Blackline, or similar system as end user of Reconciliation, manual Journal Entries, and close task
  • Good understanding of SAP system and Cadency/Blackline Implementation
  • Good exposure to set Control Framework
  • Fair understanding or RPA solution and should be able to link with cadency to identify opportunity and problem resolution
  • Good presentation and strong Communication skills- Verbal and written
  • Experience to lead projects independently and drive till closure
  • Fair understanding of end to end Finance/ATR process (Depth knowledge will be an added advantage)
  • Experience of handling Global customer and customer centric approach
  • Proficient in MS-Office & all major tools in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Smart and pick up quickly. Hands on approach with ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment
  • Good self-starter, problem solver and can work under pressure
  • Analytical, detailed oriented, accurate with a sense of urgency to complete projects & meet deadlines
  • Good team player and willing to take additional responsibilities
