About the Role

This role is a member of the Chief Information & Digital Office Strategy & Operations team, which is focused on the Strategy, Operations and Culture across the IT, Global Business Services, and Digital Enablement functions. As a Process Excellence Analyst II, you will drive delivery of the value improvement strategy across the Global Business Services & Global IT organizations.  Responsibilities include supporting the Value Improvement operating model, facilitation of lean/continuous improvement trainings, administration of the GBS SharePoint site, and management of value improvement data reconciliation process.  This role will work collaboratively across various functions and BSC sites across the globe to engage stakeholders in executing projects to deliver results.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Support governance meetings by managing content coordination with designated Value Improvement leaders/representatives across service lines, periodic facilitation
  • Partner with Value Improvement leaders/points of contact and Service Delivery teams to establish a strong pipeline of process excellence projects to drive the global value improvement strategy and achieve operating income goals.
  • Facilitate best in class process excellence and value improvement trainings for employees at all levels.
  • Facilitate or participate in kaizen\ideation events to target key enterprise improvements to drive strategic business priorities.
  • Collaborate with leaders and their teams to inspire a continuous value improvement & process excellence culture by executing process improvement projects, methods and tools.
  • Act as a change steward by encouraging and adopting new ways of looking at problems, processes, and solutions.
  • Make continuous improvement recommendations, lead, oversee and influence others, in the continued improvements.

What we’re looking for:

Minimal qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or equivalent experience. 
  • 5+ years of overall business experience
  • 2+ years of Process Improvement / Lean related experience, Facilitative role, or Project Management
  • Proven results applying lean tools and methodologies in enterprise-wide and transactional environments and/or project management.
  • Proven adaptability, comfortable with change and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships to shape, establish, communicate, and engage teams.
  • Create a sense of energy, excitement, and personal commitment to the organization by empowering others, rewarding, and celebrating superior performance, and creating an inclusive workplace across global locations.
  • Experience working with virtual, global, cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated high degree of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to establish credibility.
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to execution.
  • Works effectively under minimal supervision, with the courage to make decisions, take ownership and hold oneself accountable to results and works well under strict deadlines.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial/consultant mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suites (MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 days at Gurgaon office location)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with agile project management.
  • Experience with SharePoint development & administration.
  • Entry level analytical capabilities skills to derive insights and make recommendations.
  • Global Enterprise or Shared Services experience.
