Key Responsibilities
As part of the Marketing Excellence GEM team, this role contributes to delivering excellence in customer experience and omnichannel marketing.
- Contribute to delivering excellence in customer experience and omnichannel marketing as part of the Marketing Excellence GEM team.
- Manage the content database and become the Subject Matter Expert of the LAR process, Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Pitcher platforms, and associated processes.
- Ensure compliance with all related BSC standard operating procedures, policies and government regulations to ensure the correct and appropriate use of materials across all GEM markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Education and Regulatory teams to prioritise and ensure timely delivery of materials for campaigns, events and product trainings.
- Provide regular reports on all submission requests and content approvals to GEM Marketing Excellence Group Manager.
- Support audits and respond to audit findings.
Role Requirements
Essential
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Working knowledge of key Microsoft Applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong at planning, organising and executing activities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and curious with a results-oriented mindset.
- General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures and practices.
Desirable
- 1-3 years of professional marketing experience in healthcare, preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic understanding of project management tools like Microsoft Planner or Asana is a plus.
- Basic experience in content management.
