Job Description

As an Intelligent Automation Analyst, you will be doing background study, analyzing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements. You will be applying your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, processes, and tools in creating success stories for our customers.

Responsibilities-

  • Work with IT and customers from various divisions and act as a SME for one of more projects
  • Keeping up-to date with industry trends and technology trends
  • Able to make recommendations with newest technical trends.
  • Able to convert functional requirements into technical requirements.
  • Recognize future needs and partner on strategies and improvement projects accordingly. Building and executing an HA/AI roadmap for businesses and functions under the guidance of Intelligent Automation Architect
  • Lead functional-technical discussions for Automation projects and have the capability to understand complex technical domains.
  • Experience working with new platforms and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive meetings with business stakeholders with tangible decision-based outcomes; Collaborate with business, IT, internal and external partners, and vendors.
  • Technical SME for Automation Anywhere 360 Development projects.
  • Manage Automation Anywhere 360 platform as Control Room Administrator.
  • Collaborate with various infrastructure teams to ensure RPA Platform health.
  • Perform development, testing, and deployment (including post-implementation support) for IT CoE of automation solutions using the Automation Anywhere 360 platform for IT CoE.
  • Design and document automation workflows, technical specifications, and solution architecture for various RPA projects.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance existing RPA solutions for optimization.
  • Good knowledge on the security aspects during development and deployment of applications.
  • Provide technical design, coding assistance to the team to accomplish the project deliverables as planned/scoped.

Qualifications-

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or any related degree
  • 6+ years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on Automation Anywhere 360.
  • Proven experience in developing automations using RPA tools [UI Path or Automation Anywhere] is mandatory. Knowledge on Power platform will have added advantage.

  • Proficiency in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions, including process analysis, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment by leading and delivering complex RPA projects using Automation Anywhere 360.
  • Strong understanding of RPA best practices, process automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Automation Anywhere 360 certifications (e.g., Automation Anywhere 360 Certified Advanced RPA Professional) is highly preferred.
  • Good Knowledge on Automation Anywhere 360 Control Room as admin.
  • Exposure to UI Path & Microsoft Power Automate will be a preferred.
  • Lead functional-technical discussions and deliver value-driven, business-oriented solutions.
  • Proven experience of working successfully in a collaborative team environment across diverse cultures, operating with and influencing others to achieve a common objective.
