Job Summary:

The role focuses on the production and management of web pages and sites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with a primary emphasis on creating optimized and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SEO principles to ensure that the created web pages are not only aesthetically appealing but also discoverable through search engines. A solid understanding of web UX will be crucial for offering suggestions and insights to stakeholders regarding page design, ensuring both usability and alignment with business goals

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Web Production on AEM: Create and manage web pages using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to enhance page visibility and performance.
  • Web UX & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to improve design and user experience based on UX principles.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure email templates and AEM pages follow brand guidelines.
  • Basic Image Editing: Perform basic image tasks in Adobe Photoshop for web optimization.
  • Project Management & Communication: Manage project timelines, ensure quality delivery, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

 

Main focus:

  • Web Page and site Production on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Understanding of SEO basic principles for webpage creation and optimization
  • Good understanding of Web UX to make suggestions to the stakeholders briefing of webpage
  • Making sure to apply Brand Standards in Email template & AEM UX
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop for basic image operations
  • Experience in SFMC Marketing Cloud / Email Campaign experience
  • Willingness to expand knowledge to build emails and email campaigns on SFMC
  • Excellent project management to deliver projects on time and in quality
  • Stakeholder Management skills to communicate with Stakeholders / attend production planning meetings
  • Ability to adopt to Central European (Paris) work hours 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
