This position entails actively collaborating on continuously advancing Global Compliance’s data strategy and to support implementation and sustainment. It involves utilizing analytics tools to craft measurement programs that generate data-driven insights, which are then translated into valuable outcomes for various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a fervor for spearheading process improvement initiatives and a demonstrated history of leveraging data and technology to uncover insights across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. Moreover, this role involves coaching and guiding the junior team members to cultivate their professional growth and advancement.

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced visualization expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in designing and developing clear, impactful visualizations that communicate complex data insights. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to transform data into interactive and meaningful visual stories that drive business decisions. Your work will enhance the accessibility and understanding of data across the organization

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and design high-quality visualizations that present data in a clear, concise, and effective manner.

  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization software.

  • Collaborate with data teams to understand data structure and requirements, ensuring that visualizations accurately represent data insights

  • Explore large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that can be visualized for business impact.

  • Work with data scientists and analysts to interpret and visualize complex data models and predictions.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into visual solutions that drive decision-making.

  • Present data visualizations to stakeholders, explaining the underlying data and insights.

  • Explore large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that can be visualized for business impact.

  • Work with data scientists and analysts to interpret and visualize complex data models and predictions.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and implement best practices to enhance the organization’s capabilities.

  • Continuously improve and iterate on visualization techniques to ensure they are effective and user-friendly.

  • Document visualization processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistency and scalability.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

  • Experience with web-based visualization tools and libraries like D3.js, Plotly, or Highcharts.

  • Familiarity with data processing and ETL processes.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation and querying in relational databases.

 

 

What We’re Looking for:

 

Minimum Qualifications-

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or IT. Any specialization course in Data Visualization, Graphic Design, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • 4+ years of experience in data visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Experience working with visualization and ETL tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.

  • Ability to translate complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable business insights.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Relevant experience in multinational company / Healthcare Industry / manufacturing set up in Management Reporting carries weightage.
