The purpose of this role is to Lead APAC Customer To Cash Service Delivery

Key responsibilities


    • Daily Operation Management:
  • Lead team perform below tasks:
    • Cash application
    • Credit management (credit risk assessment, credit limit review, credit limit block),
    • AR clearing, dispute management (price discrepancy, invoice pricing inquiries)
    • Knowledge of Master Data, Collections is preferred
    • AR related month end activities exposure – Bad debt calculation support to ATR team, AR reconciliation, Cash Flow forecasting (preferred)
  • Manage all SLA & KPIs as agreed with stakeholders
  • Lead strategic discussions to align with organization goals and vision
  • Maintenance of accounting documents filing according to statutory requirements
  • Review credit limits, past due items, AR Dashboard
  • To deliver any type of analytical report as needed


    • Controls Management
  • Ensures all CTC activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and the internal Quality Management System
  • Lead team to perform Risk Control Management Testing
  • Support SOX and GIA
  • Review and approve the corrective and preventive control actions in RCA of incidents


    • Project Management & Value Improvement
  • Key SME Lead for system/project implementation for APAC CTC Service Line. Ensure controls, DTP, service delivery model, SLA set up correctly before service go -live.
  • Work with RPP/GPS and VI Champions to streamline workflow, enhance operation efficiency and effectiveness through continuous innovation and business process excellence activities within the scope of services delivered that result in cost savings and increased service value
  • Ad hoc involvement with P2P/ATR activities & process improvement
  • Act as change management resource to support business for change management communication.
  • Lead transition project as required


    • Team Management:
  • Manage performance CTC team across APAC (~10 FTEs in India and China now and team is growing)
  • Identify and develop Key talents. Focus Team on critical competencies. Develop a team of professionals. Coaches & rewards employees for working towards & achieving objectives
  • Ensure organization meets headcount, budget and financial targets.


    • Relationship Management (Support RM/APAC Lead)
  • Manage day to day interaction with APAC Local Finance team.
  • Organize periodical meetings with stakeholders to go through service performance and issue resolution
  • Governance meetings & decks discussion with stakeholder
  • Manage business’s expectation to add value for the growth


    • Others
  • Lead Campus Activities/Team engagement as needed
  • Support on global Global High Performance Team initiatives as needed



  • University Degree in accountancy or equivalent
  • >15 years’ experience in business with specialization in finance and operations within a multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge on CTC E2E process. Familiar with SAP and Get Paid
  • Fluent English
  • Virtual team management experience
  • Migration CTC project management experience (system implementation experience is a plus)
  • Advanced cross-cultural Leadership and communication skills
  • Advanced influence and conflict handling skills
  • Very organized and thorough in execution
  • Smart team player and willing to take additional responsibilities
  • Flexibility in working hours
