The Enterprise Integrations Manager I provide direct supervision and tactical oversight to the integration team, including developers, analysts, and support staff. This role leads team activities, sets daily priorities, and coaches on the technical and administrative aspects of work to meet project schedules. The manager is responsible for the daily operational results of the team, requiring an understanding of various integration processes, procedures, systems, and concepts. Additionally, the manager implements operational excellence systems and tools and ensures safety practices and behaviors within the integration operations.

- Manage integration solutions to connect various enterprise systems and applications.
- Leads a team of global engineers, tech leads and solution designers to build capabilities that can meet business needs at speed and scale.
- Lead integration projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support for integration initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Ensure that integration processes and solutions are well-documented and maintainable.
- Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to develop and implement integration solutions.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in IT, with a focus on systems integration.
- Proven experience with integration platforms and APIs.
- People management experience, including leading and mentoring team members.
- Strong understanding of integration tools, technologies, patterns and practices.
- Experience with cloud-based integration services (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
