Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to support Supply Chain (MM/WM/LE/EWM/TM) projects within IT Global Operations Vertical at the IS India Center. This person will be the primary technical owner, which includes development, enhancement, documentation. This person should have minimum 10 years of Experience in SAP domain experience is added advantage. Minimum 4-5 full life cycle implementations in SAP.

Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP logistics modules, including Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Logistics Execution (LE). EWM will be added advantage.
- Business Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the logistics domain, and design solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Global Rollouts: Lead or support global SAP rollout projects, ensuring that regional and local logistics requirements are met while maintaining a standardized global template.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks in SAP logistics projects and develop risk mitigation strategies to avoid project delays and cost overruns.
- Complex Issue Resolution: Take ownership of resolving complex and critical issues related to SAP logistics modules, providing expert-level troubleshooting and guidance to the project team.
- Mentoring and Training: Mentor junior consultants and team members, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and training sessions to enhance the overall skill set of the team.
- Create and maintain all required technical documentation per IS methodology and Agile principles.
- Maintain collaborative working relationship with IS services (database, data center, servers, desktop, networking, security).
- Adhere to product release plans, tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements.
- Appropriately communicate impediments, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items.
- Work closely with the Product owner in the prioritization, testing, and deployment of system change requests and/or providing support
- Experience in IDoc Integration Process.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP Procurement Cycle, Inventory Management processes, hands on experience in configuration of P2P and IM processes, including Batch Management, Serialization, Product Life Cycle Management best practices
- Strong/current experience with supply chain process to include: STO processing, Warehouse operations and Shipment processes.
- Intercompany/interplant shipments and Stock Transfer order processing.
Qualification/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including oral, written, and listening skills with a track record of communicating complex concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff, including at senior executive levels
- Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, JIRA and SAP Solution Manager.
- A positive attitude, innovative and creative thinker.
- Understanding of the Agile principles and software development methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences beneficial.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to support release deployments and resolve critical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
- Responsible risk taking and risk management.
