Sr. Functional Analyst - EWM:
Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced SAP EWM Analyst to support Supply Chain (EWM) projects within an SAP Center of Excellence at the IS India Center. This person will be the primary owner, which includes design, configuration, test, document, and support of EWM SAP projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the project team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution
- May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
- Work closely & collaborate with SAP cross module teams.
- Design, configuration, test, document and implement processes within EWM space (putaway, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment & Physical Inventory processes).
- Maintain collaborative working relationship with Cross module teams(SAP S/4 Hana).
- Understand customer’s business implications and incorporate understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations
- Lead or support roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the SAP EWM Space.
- Lead project work stream activities, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
- Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements
- Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ Years of SAP EWM experience
- Experience with 2+ full life cycle implementations in SAP EWM (Decentralized or Embedded EWM).
- Strong configuration and implementation skills in the areas of SAP (EWM /LE)
- Ability to design end to end process across cross-functions & to work with developers for realization of technical requirements.
- SAP EWM consultant skills to design and configure process based on Logistics/Warehouse business processes.
- Hands-on configuration knowledge in different ERP-EWM integration, queue management and third-party ERP system integration with EWM
- Experience & understanding of Intercompany/interplant STO/shipments processes in SAP.
- Experience & Strong knowledge in Key areas of expertise -Goods Receipt, Inspection, Deconsolidation, Physical Inventory, Replenishment, Wave Processing, Picking/Packing, Shipping, Inspection, Material staging, Exception handling, POSC, LOSC, WOCR, Cross Docking, Kitting, MFS & VAS.
- Experience on Internal Warehouse processing and EWM integration with other applications (MFS).
- Have full understanding of EWM warehouse activity monitor and customizing the same.
- Have worked on PPF based action definition configuration and set-up.
- Strong knowledge in RF Framework, ITS Mobile, PPF, EWM Monitor, EGF and EWM technical flow.
- Hands of experience in RF configuration, set up and design of customized solution.
- Hands of experience in custom development with regard to any of the EWM business processes.
- Experience on Integration with Other applications and modules (PP, MM, Ariba, SD, XPS, GTS, TM, 3PL and/or others.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic.
- Exceptional organizational & time management skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences beneficial.
- Experience in XPS on ECC / S4 or with EWM is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Yard Management set-up for both inbound and outbound.
- Debugging technique.
- Experience in cutover and data migration tool to support SAP EWM Projects.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.

Compensation for hourly, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

However, in Québec, Boston Scientific limits as much as possible the number of positions for which it requires the knowledge of another language than French. Boston Scientific solely requires proficiency in English where it is necessary for the performance of an employee’s duties.
