Supporting a variety of duties in the Global Travel & Expense Audit Team such as TE compliance reporting preparation, TE invoice validation and management, responding to complex employee queries, auditing expense reports, supporting the cards program projects, system testing and implementation, documentation update. All activities need to be performed timely and accurately as all GBS activities are performed on agreed SLA timelines. The activities will require working together and building business relationships with a variety of customers, stakeholders and relevant support functions.

The work will be performed in a team where a lot of interaction is required to ensure all activities are delivered timely, with highest quality and attention to details.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Travel and Expense documents verification and management according to country e-invoicing regulations
  • Travel and Expense queries analytics and query handling via ticketing system
  • New system implementation and testing
  • Auditing T&E reports
  • Support with maintaining process documentation and desktop procedure for Travel and Expense Team
  • Comply with KPI’s and SLA’s as defined by GBS
  • Support internal and external audits and audit-related matters
  • Ensure all activities comply with corporate policy, legal demands and ethical standards
  • Compliance reporting preparation
  • Provide trainings and support to other teams on T&E processes
  • Analyze and improve business operations across the T&E process, conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement. Work collaboratively with other teams to implement process improvements and AI solutions.
  • Applying LEAN methodology in practice. Log, maintain and drive till resolution Value Improvement ideas.

Requirements:

 

  • At least 2-3 years experience in supporting T&E processes
  • Experienced Concur, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 Hana (FI module), MS Suites (Excel, Word etc), ticketing system User
  • Experience within a GBS / Shared Service Centre (Finance-related) environment
  • Fluent English (Verbal & Written) and any other language nice to have
