Location: Sweden, Stockholm Area. 

Travel: Up to 4 days per week across Sweden, with occasional Nordics support.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time.

Work Mode: Remote, Field Based.

 

 

The Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides in-depth clinical and technical support during Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) procedures in the operating room (OR). You will train and educate physicians and nurses on our therapies and product use, attend patient follow-ups in clinics, and provide programming support.

 

You will work closely with Account Managers to identify opportunities and support business growth, while building strong relationships with clinicians and key decision-makers.

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a primary resource for clinical support, including case coverage and basic troubleshooting.
  • Supporting customer demand and pre-planned clinical support requirements. 
  • Attending cases in person or remotely, advising clinicians on clinical techniques related to company products. 
  • Ensuring timely collection and reporting of required medical documentation. 
  • Supporting the team to achieve projected sales goals. 
  • Developing a deep understanding of hospital workflows and building professional relationships with healthcare personnel. 
  • Responding to complex customer needs and complaints in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 
  • Recording customer activities in the company’s CRM system. 
  • Providing education and training support on product usage and therapy outcomes.

 

 

What are we looking for in you:

  • Clinical experience (neuromodulation experience is a plus but not required).
  • Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, or a related healthcare field is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and can explain complex clinical concepts. 
  • Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills. 
  • Self-motivated and can influence others. 
  • Willingness to travel as required (approx. 4 days per week across Sweden).
  • Holder of an eligible driver’s license.  
  • Fluency in Swedish and advanced professional working English language skills.
