Pricing and Tenders Coordinator - Nordics - 12 months fixed term contract

Purpose Statement 

    
The core objective of this role is to support the Nordic Tender Manager to maintain the goals and objectives of the department.

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsibilities over entering agreements and quotes in SAP 

• Quote and contract creation for specific product areas across all Nordics. 

• Active participation in on-going public tenders, when needed, contributing part 

• Interaction and close collaboration with BUMs, Account Managers, Customer Care, EMEA Tender Teams (best practices) 

• Be a contact point for the contractual queries and proactively work on solving the customer requests  

• Proactively driving input from relevant stakeholder to ensure timely submission of queries to customers.  

• Partner with the business to follow up on contractual obligations 

• Exploring opportunities to drive efficiency and implement best practices for the product group and contracts 

• Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating policies and procedures to meet, comply all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific  

• Expert level of capability with SAP and other software packages. 

• Builds strong customer relationships and encourages open discussions which contribute to continuous improvement opportunities. 

• Develops relationships with internal customers to maintain critical communication processes. 

• Delivers customer and company expectations within agreed time frames.
