About the role:


We are currently looking for a Graduate to join our Nordic Tender Team, covering Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. This hybrid role will be based in Sweden and the candidate will be ideally based in the Malmo/Lund/Helisingborg area.


This is a new role, designed for early-career / recent graduate hires, you will be a proactive, creative and team-oriented individual.  The role will enable you to develop your technical knowledge in functions such as Contract, Public procurement, Quotes – starting point of business in the Nordics. It will also give you a deep understanding of our business and company values as well as helping you create your unique network that will help you kick start your career.


Your Responsibilities will include:


•    Quote and contract creation for specific product areas across all Nordics.
•    Active participation in on-going public tenders 
•    Interaction and close collaboration with Business Unit Managers, Account Managers, EMEA Tender Teams (best practices)
•    Be a contact point for the contractual queries and proactively work on solving the customer requests 
•    Exploring opportunities to drive efficiency and implement best practices for the product group and contracts
•    Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific 

 

What we're looking for in you?


•    Recent Graduate (post 2022) with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business.
•    Understanding and experience of LEAN would be beneficial but not essential.
•    English C1 level + a native Nordics language (Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish and/or Danish)
•    Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package.
•    Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
•    Strong presentation, writing and organisational skills. 
•    Adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches that will be exposed to.
•    Curiosity in finding more efficient ways of working
•    This position is hybrid based, 2 days a week at the office
