Reports to: EMEA Endoscopy Central FP&A Manager

 

Division Overview: 
Boston Scientific Endoscopy division of +$500M, organized in 2 franchises and 5 Geographic Regions with innovative solutions and driving sustainable growth across the EMEA region.         

Our Finance team plays a key role in shaping our business strategies and ensuring financial excellence. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and analytical FP&A individual to join our team and contribute to our mission. 

 

ShapePosition Summary: 

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while gaining exposure to a variety of strategic initiatives within a leading global company. 

As an FP&A, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities within the Eastern Cluster and partner with the EMEA ENDO Classic Franchise EHQ team. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and regional teams to provide actionable insights that support key decision-making and contribute to the company’s growth and financial success.

 Required Skills and Qualifications: 

 Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. 

 Experience: 

  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles, preferably in a multinational or EMEA-focused environment. 
  • Experience in working with finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, modeling). 

 Key Skills: 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key trends, variances, and insights from large sets of data. 
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. 
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. 
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines. 

Language Skills: 

  • Fluency in English is required (additional language skills specific to EMEA regions are a plus).

  • Strong business acumen with a proactive, hands-on approach. 
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
