Purpose

 

A key member of the EMEA Talent Management team, the Graduate Recruitment Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing campus recruitment and associated employer branding strategies to ensure that BSC EMEA is tapping into the best early-in career talent in the market. The role will work closely with the divisional HRBPs and country HR leads to bring together, under one BSC umbrella, all existing campus recruitment efforts and will coordinate the support from business champions (D&I Council, Brand Ambassadors, Key Talent Alumni) to ensure greater candidate experience and engagement.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Own, develop and maintain the company wide relationships at a number of key target universities
• Develop and implement appropriate marketing and events strategies at key target schools to support recruitment needs
• Raise the BSC employer brand at our targeted universities in a fiercely competitive market
• Co-lead the campus diversity and inclusion agenda with internal networks. Develop an attraction strategy for recruiting diverse talent cohorts
• Stakeholder engagement and liaising with hiring managers, HRBPs, and other HR functions
• Ongoing implementation of best practice procedures and policies
• Carry out return on investment measures for on-campus investment and conduct annual review of target schools and business recruitment objectives
• Oversee campus recruitment coordination support and ensure event co-ordination is executed effectively
• Attend and facilitate campus activities across EMEA, as required

Candidate Profile

• Experience in employer branding related activities is preferred
• Knowledge of graduate recruitment market practices is preferred
• Experience of designing and delivering (campus) attraction campaigns
• Working knowledge of related HR practice would be an advantage
• Ability to influence through collaboration, data and relationship building
• Effective project management and business partnering skills
