We are currently looking for a graduate to join our team as a Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Field Clinical Specialist. This field role will be based across the East of England and is a new opportunity for Graduates that are looking to move into a commercial and clinical Medical Device environment.

 

Starting in May/June 2024 successful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract and candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific in the (CRM) or other technical divisions at the end of the contract.


As a Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) you will complete a dedicated training and education pathway leading to providing field/remote clinical, technical & educational support to assigned accounts at a Territory, Regional, National or EMEA level. Work is driven by Customer demand and pre-planned support requirements. The primary focus is with clinical case support and providing clinical expertise to influence and drive Customer usage of the full Boston portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

•    Provides field/remote clinical support in the areas of supporting case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for a range of Boston CRM devices.
•    Attend cases face to face/ remotely with our customers and advise physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with the Boston product portfolio.
•    Supports team to achieve business goals aligned with the CRM UK & Ireland strategy and drive the utilisation of the full CRM portfolio.
•    Responds to complex customer needs (e.g. sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions in a timely manner.
•    Provides customer training and educational support on the full CRM portfolio.

 

To be successful in this application, you will need to:

 

•    Be a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2023/2024) with a BioMedical, Clinical Engineering or Clinical Physiology degree
•    Be fluent in English (C1/C2), any other European language is an advantage.
•    Have planning, time management, strong communication and presentation skills.
•    Have completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting.
•    Have a want to learn and develop within a commercial and clinical setting.
•    Be willing to travel across the UK and be away for up to a week at a time.
•    Hold a current driving license
