Field Service Engineer, EP (Based in London)

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Repair, maintenance and installation of capital equipment in the clinical environment
• Implementation of technical troubleshooting for all areas of the Capital Equipment product area, focus on electrophysiology
• Contact person for all technical questions
• Working with circuit diagrams and flow diagrams
• On-site briefing of customers
• Expansion and maintenance of customer relationships
• Exchange of information with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, in particular sales and technical services

What are we looking for in you?

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, medical technology or similar or a successfully completed, relevant apprenticeship
• Professional experience as a field service engineer desired, ideally in the field of medical technology
• Based in London or willing to relocate
• Strong customer orientation
• High level of travel and flexibility
• Reliability and conscientiousness
• Good MS Office user skills
• Good knowledge of English. Other languages would be a plus.
• A strong willingness to travel within the country and Europe
