This Graduate role is a Hybrid 12 month contract based out of our Hemel Hempstead Office.

As a member of the EMEA HEMA (Health Economics & Market Access) team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission and learn from more experienced colleagues.

 

General Responsibilities:


 
Under the supervision of one of our HEMA senior members, the Graduate will assist the team in supporting the Peripheral Intervention divisional objectives and strategy within the UK. Key initiatives will include
 
•    Key focus on supporting BSC teams drive funding and access to Boston Scientifics oncology and vascular portfolio.
•    Learn the dynamics and challenges within UK markets and how this influences strategy and tactical roll out.
•    Work with the HEMA government affairs lead to support lobbying campaigns involving Members of Parliament, Medical Societies, industry, and patient groups to shape and influence access to BSC interventions.
•    Work with BSC teams to support stakeholders understand and implement the recent NICE submission in interventional oncology.
•    Support the delivery of HEMA economic programmes to help and influence current and future NHS strategy.
•    Contribute and develop HEMA tools and materials to support national and hospital-based submissions including business cases, literature review and epidemiologic data research
•    Contributing to the local adaptation of health economic & value tools (i.e. value dossier, economic models, reimbursement submissions, etc.), leveraging clinical and economic data of key BSC technologies.
•    Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, with commercial and marketing team for successful dissemination and execution the tools to ensure funding & reimbursement and timely market access.
•    Assist the team with getting clinical and regulatory approval of key HEMA deliverables and provide project budget execution


 
What are we looking for in a candidate?


•    University Bachelor or Master degree (2023/2024) in Health Economics, Economics or Business.
•    Analytical skills.
•    Structured, Accountable, Proactive, Driven and Engaged
•    Fluent English (C1)
•    Eager to learn and develop
•    Strong team spirit - Contribute to environment of mutual trust, respect and collaboration within team and business partners, showing professionalism when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
